Accounts and access

Keep your login private. Course access is for the registered student only. Automated access, credential sharing, and interference with course timing controls are prohibited.

Course scope

The fundamentals course provides education about Montana notary laws, rules, procedures, and ethics. It does not issue a notary commission, administer the official state examination, provide legal advice, or authorize remote/electronic notarization.

Completion records

Completion depends on server-recorded instructional time, required section acknowledgements, all eight lesson checks, and confirmation of the certificate name. Administrative changes are audited.

Availability and updates

We may maintain, secure, or update the service and course. Material legal changes may require content corrections or temporary suspension of affected material.
