The course contains four hours (240 minutes) of required instructional content. Graded lesson checks and the optional practice examination do not count toward those 240 minutes.

Yes. The course is delivered online and is self-paced. You may move freely among sections of your current lesson while instructional progress is pooled at the lesson level.
Yes. The public site and course player are responsive for phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Yes, after completing all lesson content and required interactions, passing all eight lesson checks, reaching 240 credited minutes, and confirming your certificate name.
No. It is a provider-created study tool and does not replace the official examination required for a Montana notary commission.
No. Montana has separate approved training, examination, notice, and technology requirements for electronic or remote notarization.
No. The server records instructional progress across each lesson. After the lesson content, Review Challenges provide useful practice while the lesson’s instructional requirement is completed.
Each check presents five randomly selected questions from that lesson’s ten-question bank. Four correct answers (80%) are required. Retries are unlimited and reshuffled.
